About Frank Sudell, JD, CPA
As a CPA and attorney, Frank has extensive experience on a full range of domestic and international income tax matters affecting business entities and their owners and has a track record of successfully guiding organizations in the execution of their business plans. Prior to founding Sudell Tax, Frank spent over 20 years with Big 4 accounting firms, the last twelve of these as a partner at PwC serving closely held business and their owners as well as businesses owned by private-equity and foreign companies.
Frank takes enormous pleasure in helping his clients achieve their operational and financial goals and formed Sudell Tax to fill a void in the tax services being offered to small and mid-cap companies. As it becomes easier for companies to transact business on a global basis, multinational income tax complexities are not limited to large-cap, Fortune 500 companies. Small-cap and even start-up companies face many of the same complexities as the large, Fortune 500 companies. As such, they require a tax advisor who is knowledgeable with respect to these issues, competent to stay abreast of ever changing tax legislation and invested in both knowing their business and providing relevant, pro-active and practical advice.
